A disabled relative told me on New Year’s Day that his wheelchair needed service. He lives in NE Columbus. I live two hours from Columbus, so I didn’t know where to get help. I found Mobility City of Columbus via an online search and sent them an email. Don responded right away and assured me that he would put us into his first available appointment. Even though our repair required a special-ordered part, Don was able to get the part within 24 hours and repair the chair quickly. Fast response time. Very professional service. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very professional, I rented a lift chair same day delivery, my 90 year old aunt loved the chair. I also had them come out and repair my power chair they replaced the batteries and made necessary adjustments with no problem. I am very pleased with the service I have received.
